New type of hybrid vehicle from Chrysler.

Well, this looks kind of cool if you're into that sort of thing.  Personally I havent seem a commonly available hybrid that I like enough to drive and this is going to be in a minivan...but I'm interested in new innovations and it might be neat if it eventually makes it into a decent model car.  Read more at: http://www.engadget.com/2011/01/20/chrysler-announces-battery-free-hybrid-technology-compresses-ga/

  1. Hybrids are the wave of the future, I can only see them getting more popular. The designs will improve eventually.

no, don't hope all cars will be hybrids one day, hybrid means it still uses some fossil fuels. hopefully one day we'll see a decent alternative power source that can be produced efficiently and give a vehicle a reasonable balance of speed and affordability.

  12. Hrm. I would think that they would spend more time focusing on the current generation of hybrids, but I guess moving forward couldn't hurt.
