Save some money.

I went to the store today and saved a bunch of money so I thought I'd share the deals with my readers.  To my knowledge, these only work in the US, so i apologize to my foreign readers.

Coupons, coupons everywhere.  I'm only going to post ones that I have personally used so I know they work.  Some of the ones I tried just didn't scan right, so I wont post those.  Here are the ones that I know work.

Some pretty good savings.  Hope you guys enjoy.  I have more that I haven't tested yet.  If you want I'll post more when I try em out.

    @Rose, you may wanna shop the date on that one, or use self checkout. i'm pretty sure it's expired, but it worked fine for me.

    I love coupons, I thought they didn't work if it was the wrong year because it's part of the UPC though?

    Nope, expiration isnt coded in the UPC. Just item and price, i think.

    I work in a UK store (Morrisons). Our systems don't allow for scanning of coupons :( Annoying for cashiers as they have to type it in and check the coupon and also annoying because you can't take advantage of stuff like this.

    no need to be scared. you could use self checkout, but you arent doing anything illegal or wrong by using coupons you got off the internet.

    it's only illegal to produce fake coupons, not to use them, in most places. and like you said, they're small purchases.

    If the cashier gives you any trouble or says they arent valid, just tell em "damn, i took a bunch of surveys to get those. i knew it was too good to be true." then just leave.

    I laughed when i saw that my poptarts cost $1.98 and the coupon saved me $2.00 so they paid me 2 cents to take them. lol. i guess not after tax, but it's still funny.

    yeah, they definitely work. I've used the redbull one a bunch, and the monster one a few times now. no problems. just dont use em all at once or the cashier might not like it very much...

    Haha there are programs to create your own coupons, all of these were created using programs like that. Heres a link to a guide ;)

    That's hillarious. The poptarts must have been on sale at the store or something. And $2 off is a great discount if the price ranges from $2 to $4 a box.
